The person you talk to will ask a number of questions about the prospective patient, which will allow us to determine if one of our programs is appropriate. Should Three Oaks not be appropriate, we will refer you to other facilities or clinicians. If one of our programs seems appropriate, we will invite the prospective patient to come in for a comprehensive assessment. That assessment is free of charge, and allows us to make a final determination as to whether the patient would benefit from one of our programs.

Individuals who are severely psychotic or actively suicidal, homicidal, or physically combative will be referred to a more appropriate level of care.
